On June 5th, Our CEO Alizé Utteryn had the privilege of being invited to Philadelphia for the Brandywine Workshop and Archives Luncheon. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet BWA’s new Executive Director, Michele Parchment, along with board members and to connect with other Philadelphia influencers, collectors, and arts leaders. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Brandywine to increase visibility and opportunities for artists from the global Diaspora. Our first project will focus on establishing a residency in the US for Caribbean artists. Last year, two artists from Africa participated in a four-month residency program. A heartfelt thanks to Michele Parchment for her invitation.
As a reminder, Brandywine Workshop and Archives is a diversity-driven, nonprofit cultural institution dedicated to producing and sharing art to connect, inspire, and build bridges among global communities.
