Subscription process

• All AlizéLaVie Media users have the right to upgrade their Membership to Premium version
• All Users have the possibility to subscribe to a full range of services offered by the AlizéLaVie media
• Users will oblige to upgrade or downgrade their membership.
• AlizéLaVie Media also provide you a quarterly magazine subscription which include “Printed + Digital Magazine Membership”. 
• Users have the right to order the magazines as long as they are subscribers, but will have to pay additional delivery fee

Changing subscription

If customers will to change their subscription, they will receive a pro-rated credit toward their new subscription.

Billing of Digital Subscriptions

Subscription are renewed automatically, when we renew your subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated to the customer account

Payment Process

Payment for all products purchased through our Site must be by credit, debit card, PayPal and stripe payment. In the event we suspend or terminate your account because of a breach of these Terms, you agree you will not receive a refund or exchange for any unused subscription time, any license or subscription fees for any portion of a Service, any content or data associated with your account, or anything else. We reserve the right to withhold payment or charge back to your account any amounts otherwise due to us under these Terms, or amounts due because of your breach of these Terms. 

Payment Dispute: Subscribers should notes that all information you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card or debit card, used in connection with a purchase or transaction with a Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. If you dispute any payment, you must notify us via our mail [email protected]. Failure to so notify within this time period, or in writing, will result in your waiver of any claim relating to the disputed payment.

Cancelation and Refunds of Digital subscription

The cancelation will become effective at the end of the current billing period.

Customer can change or cancel digital subscription at any time by emailing customer care [email protected]. Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. Customers will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We will not issue refunds, or make exchanges, for product(s) once we or our agents (i.e. the supplier) delivers them to a carrier. AlizéLaVie Media Issue No Refund and Products sent by parcel post are not refundable 

Shipping policy

 We make best efforts to ship within 6-7business days after payment is received through our delivery partner. However, this is subject to change at any time, without notice or liability. We will not issue refunds due to unforeseen delays. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. After the completion of order from our website, we shipping to order destinations within 6-7days.
