ALIZÉLAVIE MEDIA ANNOUNCED AS OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE CREOLE FOOD FESTIVAL 2025 IN NEW YORK

09.01.25

Culinary Ambassadors from the French Caribbean

The Francophone delegation will feature two remarkable chefs:

• Chef Jean-Rony Leriche – Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and Consultant for Air Caraïbes, representing Guadeloupean excellence.

• Chef Antoine Zulémaro – President of Les Toques Guyanaises, private chef, and culinary innovator from French Guiana.

These culinary ambassadors will unite their artistry and savoir-faire to introduce the New York audience to the richness, authenticity, and creativity of ultramarine cuisine.

“Since its creation, the Creole Food Festival’s mission has been to highlight the diversity and richness of Creole cuisine across the world. The arrival of this Francophone delegation from Guiana and the Antilles is a major step forward. It perfectly captures the festival’s essence — uniting cultures, talents, and flavors of the Creole diaspora on one global stage.
