A Historic First: The French Caribbean and Overseas Territories Take Center Stage

New York, NY – August 30, 2025 — AlizéLaVie Media is proud to announce its role as an official partner of the Creole Food Festival 2025, in collaboration with Time Out Market New York. This international culinary celebration, taking place September 26–28, 2025, under the iconic Brooklyn Bridge, brings together chefs, food enthusiasts, and brands from across the globe to honor the vibrant diversity of Creole cuisine.

For the first time in the festival’s history, a delegation of chefs and exhibitors from the French Caribbean and Overseas Territories — including French Guiana and the French West Indies — will participate in this prestigious event. This marks a major milestone in showcasing French and overseas gastronomy on the international stage.

A Delegation of Culinary Ambassadors

The French-speaking delegation will include:

  • Chef Jean-Rony Leriche – Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Culinary Consultant for Air Caraïbes, and Ambassador of Guadeloupean cuisine.

• Chef Antoine Zulémaro – President of Les Toques Guyanaises, private chef, caterer, and creator of innovative culinary concepts representing French Guiana.

These outstanding talents will combine their expertise and creativity to offer New Yorkers an authentic taste of ultramarine flavors and traditions.

“Since its creation, the Creole Food Festival’s mission has been to highlight the diversity and richness of Creole cuisine across the world. The arrival of this Francophone delegation from Guiana and the Antilles is a major step forward. It perfectly captures the festival’s essence — uniting cultures, talents, and flavors of the Creole diaspora on one global stage.

A Global Platform for French and Overseas Gastronomy

This participation offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Showcase French Guiana and the French Antilles on an international stage;
  • Highlight the culinary excellence and creativity of France’s Overseas Territories;
  • Amplify the visibility of Francophone chefs in New York City, home to the largest Caribbean community outside the Caribbean.
